Community

Community Membership is open to anyone living with a long term condition, disability, sensory loss and/or their carers who are living in Hartlepool.

Organisation

Membership is open to any statutory colleagues, private or voluntary group in Hartlepool who are passionate about removing barriers to inclusion.
 
The group is led by a Steering group made up of Community and Organisational members. If you would like to join as a ‘Steering Group Member’ then please get in touch.
